The Access Rail Systems
Work at height with freedom of movement
|
The Access Rail system is designed for use as an adjustable anchorage point for rope access and fall arrest. It provides the operator with freedom of movement at height and also the ability to lock into position while working.
Harken offers two sizes of Access Rail, 27 mm and 32 mm. The trolley cars may be mounted singly or in paired configuration for twin rope access. |
The Long-Span Access Rail
Engineered for diverse applications
|
Harken Industrial developed the Long-Span Access Rail (R27LS) as an alternative to its flagship R27 Classic Access Rail system. The R27LS system offers the same strong, free-rolling ball bearing trolleys as the classic, but has a more robust structural profile which can handle longer spans without compromising performance.
Support brackets are offered in a variety of styles for ease of installation, and for mounting on surfaces of different types and configurations. Like the Classic Access Rail system, the R27LS can be used for fall protection and for rope access |
Tight Radius System (TR31)
Work securely and safely
|
The Tight Radius rail-and-trolley system was designed to work as an adjustable anchorage point for fall restraint on marine vessels.
The unique design lends itself to a broad range of industrial restraint technique systems allowing system design to follow required transit ways. Rails are composed of straight and sections curved sections that change direction in both horizontal and vertical planes, allowing trolleys to run exceptionally smoothly around very tight radii and joints. The system is independantly tested and conforms to EN795.2012 B/D |
Trolley and Rail Systems
Low-friction linear movement
|
Harken trolley and rail systems provide a simple low-maintenance way to move loads smoothly. Trolleys feature recirculating ball bearings housed in strong, lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum for dependable, low-friction linear travel.
